FUNDING PRE-QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of $30,000 annual income
• Proof of Income W-2 Required (Previous year)
• A 680 Tri-merged credit score obtained from all 3 bureaus/li>
• https://www.identityiq.com/, https://www.privacyguard.com or https://www.creditchecktotal.com
• No more than 6 total inquiries within the last 6 months
• 3 Primary tradelines with at least 6 months of history
• No late payments, collections or judgements within the last 12 months
• No Credit Card Utilization over 50%
• Bankruptcy must be at least 2 years old
• Must have a land line or a cell phone. No Google voice or work number

Upon meeting the above pre-qualifications, the client must call 901-590-3314 for a phone consultation with a BMC Enterprises TN LLC team member. This is to ensure that you the client, meet the Funding Pre-qualifications prior to submitting the application package.
